Services for Roy William Worley 93, Farmington Hills, Mich., who died Oct. 11 were held on Friday Oct. 14 (1983) at the Collins Funeral Home with the Rev. Byron Ayers officiating. Burial was in the Blair Chapel Cemetery.

Born at Audubon, Iowa, August 6, 1890, he was the son of Fleming and Harriet (Newman) Worley. He spent most of his life in farming in Madison County and was a member of the Methodist church, the Masons and the Farmers Co-op.

He was married Carrie F. Eskew on December of 1913 at Winterset.

Survivors include daughters, Mary Margaret White, of Farmington Hills, Mich., and Helen Elizabeth Evans of Grand Rapids, Mich., four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, a brother and sister.
