Oliver F. Greenlee

Oliver F. Greenlee, who had been living in this county for some time died Saturday, May 18th at his home south of Patterson. He was 75 years of age.

The deceased was a son of John M. and Mary Greenlee and was born in Vanaga county, Pennsylanvia, February 9, 1854. While a young child, his family moved to Wisconsin and then to Madison county, where the family lived for a number of years. Later they moved to to the western part of the state.

He was married to Cathern L. Plummer, and to this union were born two children; Rebecca I. Smith, and Charles. The latter lived with his parents, and Mrs. Smith and two sons, Francis and Everett, reside in Winterset. The decreased also leaves two brothers, Mills, of Chugwater, Wyoming, and Elmer, of Emporia, Kansas.

The Rev. Frank Moore conducted the funeral services at the Ramsey-Richards funeral parlors, Wednesday afternoon, May 22, and burial was made in the Winterset Cemetery.
