Overland Park, Kan.

Hazel Callison, 88, of Overland Park, Kan., died of a heart ailment Thursday at Forum Health Care Center there. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Collins Funeral Home in Winterset, with burial at Clark Cemetery in Madison County.

Mrs. Callison was born in Madison County and had lived there most of her life before moving to Kansas three years ago. She was a homemaker and a member of New Hope Christian Union Church and Clover Club.

Surviving are two sons, Dwayne of Winterset and Donald of North Kansas City, Mo.; a sister, Geraldine Herrick-Wiseman of Payette, Idaho; nine grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.

Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home, where the family will be present from 2 to 5 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to her church.
