A retired farmer whose life was spent in Madison County, Roy McKibban, 76, died Monday, December 20, 1976, at Manor North Nursing Home in Winterset. He was born in Madison County on December 10, 1900, the son of William McKibban and Laura Shaw McKibban.
Survived by four nephews; Dale, Paul and Lloyd McKibban of Livermore, Iowa and Richard McKibban of Little Rock, Arkansas, and a niece, Norma Jean Brubaker of Des Moines. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, and two brothers.
Funeral services for Roy McKibben were held Thursday, December 23, at 1:30 p.m. from Collins Funeral Home with burial at Clark Cemetery in Madison County. Rev. John Ackerman officated.
