July 23, 1965 – November 23, 2024

Terry Eugene Schutz, 59 of Winterset, passed away Saturday, November 23, 2024, of heart failure due to a massive heart attack he had on October 26, 2024. He survived the “widowmaker” and not many do! He was just too weak and tired. God took him home where he is with his mother, Deanna Schutz and father, Eugene Keeney. I know they were happy to see each other.

There will be a Celebration of Life Visitation on Saturday, December 7, 2024, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the VFW, 116 N 3rd St., Winterset, Iowa.

Terry was a loving person who loved his family! He was a private person who when asked, he would say, “I’m ok” even when he wasn’t. He made mistakes – we all do. His older sister, Karla Worrall, and younger brother, Doug Schutz, stood by him without judgement. He was our brother, and we loved him so much.

Terry was born July 23, 1965, and passed November 23, 2024. He is survived by his dad, Don (Holly) Schutz; sister, Karla Worrall; brother, Doug Schutz; extended family: Ben Wagner, Kaleb Schutz, Kalli Hildebrand, Laura Brimm; as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. He will be missed. RIP Bro. All our love.
