Mrs. Berthena Coakley, wife of Archie Coakley of Lincoln, died on March 14, of consumption.

Transcriber's note: Per her Madison County Death Record, she died in Lincoln Township on March 14th, aged 28y 5m 25d and was buried in the Hanibal Cemetery. There is no "Hanibal" cemetery in Madison County nor anywhere in the country. It is likely that it should say "Hamblin Cemetery" which is close to where she lived. Her maiden name is taken from her 1873 Madison County Marriage to James Archibald Coakley.
