Winterset, IowaSandy was born on August 29, 1946, and passed away shortly after midnight on March 17, 2024. Sandy grew up in Macksburg, Iowa. Some of her hobbies were collecting antique glassware, Scooby-Doo collectibles, and her favorite pastime was spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Dale; sons, Denny and Andy; brother, Cloyd and his family; and grandchildren, Elizabeth, Mandy, Ethan, Skylar and Gavin.
Sandy was preceded in death by her parents, Cloyd and Edna Morey; her sister, Jeanette; and her daughter, Annette.
She will be placed to rest beside her daughter, Annette, in the Worthington Church Cemetery, and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
