Wilma Viola Hinrichs, 71, of 4200 S.E. Indianola Road died of a heart attack Friday at home. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Southtown Funeral Home, with burial at Elm Grove Cemetery.

Mrs. Hinrichs was born in Winterset and had lived in Des Moines for 50 years. She was a retired mail clerk with Des Moines Rubber Stamp and was a member of Eastgate Order of the Eastern Star, Iowa Women's Philatelic Society, Des Moines Philatelic Society, Post Marker Collectors Club and the Iowa Postal History Society.

Among survivors are a daughter, Susan Davenport of Des Moines; a son, Karl of Des Moines; a brother, Wesley Binns of Davenport, and two grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home..
