County Briefs – Peru

Word has been received of the death of Sam Smith at Holly, Colorado, August 24. His mother, Mrs. Belle Worthing and his sister, Mrs. May Shearer, live in Peru and a brother , Fred, lives in Wyoming.

He was born at Truro and will be remembered by the older residents.
