E. FREEMAN, 66, DIES AT FARM

Was Farmer And Stockbuyer Of Madison and Warren Counites.

Everely (sic) Freeman, stockbuyer of Madison and Warren counties, died at his farmhome near New Virginia, Sunday, following an illness of about a year. He was 61 years of age.

Funeral services were held at the New Virginia Methodist church Tuesday afternoon with the Rev. Watson, pastor in charge. Interment was made in the New Virginia cemetery.

Everely Freeman was born June 2, 1881, the son of Elva and Hanna Freeman, near New Virginia.

He became a member of the Methodist church in his early manhood retaining that membership during his life. On August 27, 1904 he united in marriage to Nettie Toush and they were the parents of five children, two sons and three daughters.

He engaged in farming on farms near New Virginia and Truro and was a stockbuyer.

Besides his wife he is survived by two sons, Ross of Des Moines, and Lester of Truro; three daughters, Thelma Olmstead of New Virginia, Mrs. Etha Kale of Truro and Sena of Des Moines; also one brother, Evan, of Jamison and ten grandchildren as well as a host of friends.
