Funeral services were held Sunday, October 5, at the Greenfield Methodist church for Mrs. Charles Mills, 62, who died Thursday, October 2, following a lingering illness. Rev. M. R. Talley conducted the services and burial was made in the Greenfield.
Ada Reno Mills was born in Winterset, January 18, 1879, the daughter of Jasper and Clara Reno. When six years of age, she moved to Adair County where she resided until the time of her death. She was married to Charles Mills on May 17, 1916.
She is survived by her husband, one sister, Mrs. Ada Pease of New London, and one brother, Milo Reno of Rialto, Calif.
