SERVICES HELD FOR MRS. HOMER ALEXANDER

Mrs. Homer H. Webster died October 19, at the home fo her daughter, Mrs. Lon Smith of Murray at the age of 83.

Mrs. Webster, the daughter of Joseph and Hester Alexander was born at Monroe, Wisconsin, August 21, 1855. She was united in marriage to Homer Webster, March 5, 1872, who preceded her in death.

To this union were born nine children, Mrs. Orpha Frey, Emporia, Kansas; Mrs. Belle Davidson, Wichita, Kansas;, who died recently; Oscar Webster of Winterset; Loren who died in infancy; Jennie Smith of Murray; Lester of Burlington, Kansas; Walter of Seymour; William of Des Moines and Ray of Fall City, Nebraska. Besides these she leaves to mourn her passing, 21 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren, other relatives and a host of friends.

Funeral services were held at the Watts funeral home in Lorimor, Friday, October 21, conducted by the Rev. M. D. Summerbell.
