June 1994Lora Bell Moore, 87 of Creston, passed away Monday, June 6, 1994, at Crest Haven Care Centre.
She was born Sept. 4, 1906, in Macksburg, the daughter of E. Elsworth and Alpha (Campbell) Gilbert. In 1928, she married Homer C. Green in Omaha, Neb. He preceded her in death in 1953. In 1970, she married Charles B. Moore.
She lived in Ozark, Mo. for many years and in Creston for the past 18 months. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Creston.
Mrs. Moore is survived by her husband, Charles of Ozark, Mo.; a daughter, Betty M. Trenkle of Creston; a son, Harold Green of Odessa, Texas; eight grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, a daughter, Ruby D. Pope in 1960, four brothers and six sisters.
Graveside services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at Ozark Memorial Park at Branson, Mo.
