Page 2, Column 3Friends of Mrs. Nettie Tris received word of her death which occurred in Des Moines Monday afternoon. Funeral services were held at Dunn’s Funeral home Wednesday afternoon.
Mrs. Tris is the widow of the late William A. Tris, who was one of the organizers of the St. Charles Savings bank in 1904. He was cashier for about 20 years, resigning on account of his health, removing at that time to Des Moines where his family has resided. Mrs. Tris is survived by one daughter, Violet.
