Word was received last week of the death of Mrs. Fred Lotz, 79, who died Tuesday, April 9, in Tacoma, Nebraska. Mrs. Lotz was Ellen Halgarth, who was a Winterset resident.
She is survived by two sons and two daughters.
Funeral services were held in Tacoma, Nebraska, and burial was in Lake City.
______________________Transcriber's notes: Full name taken from gravestone. Correct spelling of maiden name taken from parent's gravestone. Tacoma, Nebraska does not exist and it is likely that it should say Tekamah, Burt, Nebraska. Her gravestone says she died on April 10.
