Mrs. Jennie E. Truax, wife of E. Truax of Neosha, Missouri, died Wednesday, May 2, after a long illness. She was the daughter of Charles Gratz, a former Winterset merchant, and a niece of J. F. Tate.
Mrs. Truax was a graduate of the Chicago College of Music, president of the Neosha Music club and past worthy matron of the Neosha chapter of Eastern Stars.
She leaves beside her husband, two daughters, Mrs. Marcella Forrey of Pocatello, Idaho, and Mrs. Mildred Edson of Neosha.
