Bobbie Joe Algreen, son of Keith and Edna Allsup Algreen, was born May 13, 1947, in Winterset, Iowa and died October 2nd, 2022, in Marshall, Texas at the age of 75.

His early life was spent on the family farm north of Pitzer. He attended school in the Earlham School district and lived in the community for several years. He later moved to Kansas, then on to Waskom, Texas, where he resided forty-plus years.

Those relatives who preceded Bob in death were his son Keith Algreen, his parents, Keith and Edna, his sister, Shirley Kirk, brother-in-law Frank Kirk, nephews, Vance Kirk, Mike Algreen, and Jason Algreen.

He is survived by two daughters, Kelly Axelrod and Kim Hoobler, his brother Dick (Doris) Algreen of Albia, Iowa, niece Terry (Roland) Garner of New Virginia, Iowa, niece Michelle (Jeff) Jurczk of Pensacola, Florida, and nephew Zane (Liz) Algreen of Albia, Iowa.

Bob has been cremated and no services are planned at this time.
