The Cooper family, residing near Tileville, is truly an unfortunate one. About two weeks ago a pair of young children of Frank Cooper died. Last week a little girl of Joe Cooper burned to death by her clothing catching fire while the rest of the family were absent, and on last Sunday ---- Cooper was passing through the ---- works, when the structure collapsed and fell upon him, breaking his ----. The new year opens sadly for that family.

Transcriber's note: The little girl of Joe Cooper was Elva Cooper, buried at Union Chapel - South Twp. cemetery.
