Albert J. DeBord, 53, Des Moines resident 30 years, died at his home, 1345 Seventh st., Friday night following a short illness. DeBord had been a Rock Island railroad baggage and mail handler the last four years.
In addition to his wife, Frances, he is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Jack Rogovin of Detroit, Mich.; three brothers, Glenn of Des Moines, Ora of Portland, Ore., and Howard in Wisconsin. A sister, Mrs. Frank Pincher of Cedar Rapids also survives.
Funeral arrangements are pending at Dunn's Funeral home.
