Wilma L. Carter passed away on Monday April 11, 2022 at Morningstar assisted living in West Des Moines, Graveside services will be 1:30 pm, Monday April 25, 2022 at the Blair Chapel Cemetery in Madison County.

Wilma was born in Cora, MO on September, 9, 1929 to Grover and Bertha (Hind) Maggart, she worked for the Des Moines school district for many years.

Wilma is survived by her husband Albert of West Des Moines, and is preceded in death by her son Roger.
