Death of Mrs. Henry Arnold

Mrs. Henry Arnold died Wednesday afternoon at 3 o’clock at the home of her mother, Mrs. Groves, in Greenfield. She had been critically ill for several months, and her death was not unexpected. A year ago her health failed and since that time she gradually grew worse. She was given the very best medical attendance and for months was attended by a trained nurse, but she did not improve.

Mrs. Arnold was taken to Greenfield a few weeks ago to visit her mother, in the hope that the change might benefit her health. This hope was doomed to disappointment, however, and she gradually lost strength.

The entire family consisting of the husband, four daughters and one son were with her at the time of her death. Mr. Arnold and family have the sincere sympathy of the entire community in their bereavement.
