We are pained to speak of the death of Harrison Hamilton, familiarly known as grandpa. He died suddenly Sept. 25. He had not been feeling very well for some time but was not thought dangerous. He went peacefully without a struggle.
He was jovial and full of fun and was well liked by all and will be sadly missed. His age was 88 years, 9 months and 29 days, being the oldest man in the township.
He was laid to rest in the Barney cemetery.
