DELBERT D. RAGAN, 75, Barber Road, Orlando, died Friday, Sept. 15, of cancer. Mr. Ragan was a food director for Marriott Hotels.

Born in Winterset, Iowa, he moved to Central Florida in 1979. A member of St. Mary of the Angels Episcopal Church, he also was treasurer for the Independent Order of Foresters. He was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II.

Survivors: wife, Dorothy D.M.; sons, Duane, Craig, both of New York; daughter, Gayle Palladino, New York; sisters, Virginia, Doris, both of Iowa; stepsons, Edwin Rosenhagen, Pennsylvania, Jon Allen Rosenhagen, Richard Rosenhagen, both of New York; stepdaughters, Dorthea Johansen, New York, Mary Ann Brown, Orlando; 24 grandchildren.

Woodlawn Funeral Home and Memorial Park, Orlando.
