Page 1, Column 4DR. R. A. SCHWANER DIES IN CALIFORNIA
Dr. R. A. Schwaner, 56, died Tuesday night in Hollywood, California. Word was received here Wednesday morning by his brother, J. E. Schwaner. His wife, a daughter Helen, his mother, Mrs. Catherine Schwaner of Hollywood; and a sister, Mrs. Walter Kolassa of Berkley, are other survivors. He had been in ill health several years.
Dr. Schwaner began his practice of dentistry in Winterset with his brother, Dr. William Schwaner, now deceased. He later practiced in Des Moines and for a number of years had been located in California.
