Arthur L. Moine, 63, of 3303 E. Thirty-seventh St. died Monday of a heart ailment at Des Moines General Hospital. He had been ill about five years.

Born in Jamison, he lived 50 years in Des Moines. He was a retired pumping station operator for the Des Moines Water Works.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, with burial in St. Charles Cemetery in St. Charles.

He is survived by his wife, Jeanne; a son, Arthur, Jr., of Des Moines; two stepsons, Burton Moine and Francis Moine, both of Des Moines; a stepdaughter, Ruth Moine of Des Moines; two brothers, John and Frank, both of Henderson, Nev.; and a sister, Mrs. Velma Novak of Des Moines.
