GRAVESIDE RITES FOR BERT N. JEWETT

Graveside rites for Bert N. Jewett were held at the Earlham cemetery June 26 with Rev. Earnest Bajotto in charge. Mr. Jewett, 91, died in Long Beach, California, June 22. He was a Des Moines resident for many years before moving to the west coast.

Survivors include his wife, Grayce; a son and daughter, Jack of Dos Palos, California, and Nancy of Long Beach. He was an uncle of Lucile Schalkle and Gayle Junkin.
