Harry Church

PUEBLO, Colo. (Staff)-

Word has been received in Clovis that Harry Church, 100, of Pueblo, died Sunday at a Pueblo hospital. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, in Pueblo.

Church was the grandfather of Gale I. Church of Clovis.

Born in March of 1874, in Winterset, Iowa, Church moved with his family by covered wagon to Seward, Neb. He later moved to Branson, Colo., where he farmed until 1941. He retired to Pueblo.

Additional survivors include two daughters, Mable Walling of Pueblo and Nellie Summers of Bosie, Tex., a son, Merle Church of Springfield, Colo., 10 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, and a number of cousins and other relatives.
