CORVALLIS—Mrs. Myrtle F. Snarr, 84, a Willamette Valley resident over 60 years, died Friday at the home of a daughter here, Mrs. Mary Olive Maddox.
Mrs. Snarr was born at Winterset and moved with her parents to San Francisco in 1902, to Salem in 1904 and to Portland in 1906. After her husband, William Snarr, died in 1938, she moved to Corvallis to stay with her daughter.
Survivors besides the daughter are sisters Mrs. Verna Sprecher, Santa Cruz, Calif., and Mrs. Mamie Moyer, Portland, and eight grandchildren.
Services will be Monday at 11 a. m. in McHenry chapel, with burial at 2 p.m. at Rose City Cemetery in Portland,
