Will Whedon Dead

Will Whedon, former Winterset jeweler, died in California, in or near Los Angeles on January 3. Mrs. Nelson Bertholf, a niece, and only Winterset relative, has no particulars of his death.

He left Winterset about 1880 and has been in the west ever since. He was the last surviving member of the Whedon family that once lived here. He was seventy-five years old.
