Rites Held For William Glenn, 88

Funeral services for William F. (Bill) Glenn were held Tuesday afternoon at the Fisher Funeral Home in Adel. Mr. Glenn, a widely known Adel man, passed away October 31 at the Maple Linn Manor home at Earlham. He was 88 years of age.

Rev. Claude Wood officiated at the rites. Organist was Mrs. Neale Caudron. Casket bearers included Harold, Marion and Lee Glenn, Charles Piercy, Jim Hunter and Archie Dillon. Burial was at the Oakdale Cemetery in Adel.

Mr. Glenn is survived by his wife Rose and a son Clifford, of West Des Moines. Also two brothers Jeff and Jay both of Adel. He was preceded in death by a son, Harlan D., a brother and a sister.
