Renetta Lienemann Taken By Death

Funeral services for Mrs. Renetta Lienemann were held Sunday, December 7, at the Trinity Lutheran Church at Van Meter. Mrs. Lienemann passed away at the age of 69 years after she was a patient at a Des Moines hospital for about three weeks.

She and her husband spent most of their married life on a farm south of DeSoto. About seven years ago they moved to Adel. Her husband, Clarence E., passed away in May of 1967. She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church and the Lutheran Woman’s Guild.

Rev. E. A. Breiholz was in charge of the service. Susan Kroeger was soloist accompanied by Mrs. Robert Peterson. Casket bearers were Loren Mullins, Russell Kroeger, Lloyd Brown, Robert Frush, Bruce Atherton and John Sweezy. Burial was at the Lutheran Cemtery.

She is survived by four children, Lloyd of Des Moines, Donald of Adel, LaVern of Durand, Michigan and Mrs. Berneal Huffman of DeSoto. Also one brother, Frank Hamann, of Atlantic and nine grandchildren.
