Services Held For T. H. Lewman

Services were at the Fisher Funeral Home on Monday, July 17, for Thomas H. Lewman, of Adel. Mr. Lewman, a resident of Adel for the past six years, passed away July 15, in his sleep as a result of a heart condition.

Rev. Wayne Easter officiated at the services. Casket bearers were Ralph Hoffman, Alvin Skinner, Bob Quinn, William Ohmselder, Herman Bohrn and David Wright. Soloist was Mrs. Wayne Easter accompanied by Mrs. Miriam Caudron.

Mr. Lewman followed the occupation of farming all his life except for 2 years when he served during WWI. He moved to Adel six years ago and has continued to do farm work in the area.

He is survived by his wife Iva, a daughter Mrs. Kenneth Waddel and other relatives and friends.
