Hazel E. Blagg, 76, of Indianola died of cancer Saturday at Hospice Kavanagh House in Des Moines. The body was cremated and a memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Peterson Funeral Home.

Mrs. Blagg, a homemaker, was born in Earlham and moved to Indianola in 1960.

She is survived by her husband, Guy; a son, Guy Jr. of Granger; three daughters, Kathi Phillips of West Des Moines, Janet Klein of Seoul, Korea, and Kris Oakie of Ankeny; a brother, Robert Thompson of Prescott, Ariz.; and 10 grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Kavanagh House.
