Shoen Rites Held

Final rites for Ellis Ray Schoen, 28, Newberg route 2, brother of Mrs. Lorene Cline of Salem, were held at Newberg Wednesday. He died in the veterans' hospital in Portland, where he had been a patient for two and a half months. He was born in Winterset, Iowa, May 4, 1919. Surviving are his widow, Dorothy Shoen; mother and three sisters.
