Page 6, Column 1Former Granville Resident Passed Away At Primghar
Funeral services were held at St. Anthony’s Catholic Chruch, Primghar, Saturday morning for Mrs. Mary Limke, 87, who passed away following years of being an invalid.
Mary Bussanmas was born Aug. 4, 1877, at Bevington, Iowa, and was married to Chris Limke at St. Mary’s, Iowa in 1896.
In later years they came to the Granville vicinity and resided on the farm just west of Granville where A. H. Nemmers now resides and then moved to Granville, before moving to Primghar.
She is survived by one daughter Mrs. Charles Forman of Almona, Kans., two sons, Otto of Oakland, Calif. and Edwin of Dell Rapids, S. D.; 17 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, two sisters, Mrs. Dora Thorman of Granville, Mrs. Agnes Frey of Des Moines, three brothers, Felt of St. Mary’s, Jim of Bevington, and Otto Bussanmas of Des Moines. She was preceded in death by her husband, two sons, Ted and Harry Limke.
