NORWALK, IA. - Roy D. Guiberson, 66, of Norwalk died of a heart attack Sunday at the Belmond Hospital. Services will be at 11a.m. Wednesday at Southtown Funeral Home chapel, with burial in Chapel Hill Gardens Cemetery.

Mr. Guiberson was born in Winterset. He retired as paper room superintendent at The Des Moines Register and was an Army veteran of World War II and a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Surviving are his wife, Darlene; two daughters, Linda Caruthers of West Des Moines and Glenda Guiberson-Dittmar of Des Moines; a sister, Ladina Graspy, and a brother, James, both of Des Moines; and two grandchildren.

Friends may call after 2 p.m. today at the funeral home, where the family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m.
