MRS. ETHEL HAMNER

Mrs. Ethel Hamner, 68, of the Riverview Manor Convalescent and Nursing Home, 701 Riverview Ave., died there Monday of arteriosclerosis and Parkinson's disease after an illness of 1½ years.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, with burial in Laurel Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Hamner was born in Truro. She lived in Winterset before moving to Des Moines 40 years ago. She was a retired employe of Iowa Methodist Medical Center.

She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Patricia Davis and Mrs. Sherry Clark, both of Des Moines; three sisters, Mrs. Ruby Carlstedt of Des Moines, Mrs. Edna Wharff of St. Charles and Mrs. Ona Pritchard of El Cajon, Calif., and seven grandchildren.
