Services Held Mon. for Wm. M. Wooton

Funeral services for William M. Wooton, 80 years of age, who died Sunday at his home in Des Moines, were held Monday afternoon at Hamilton’s funeral home in Des Moines. Burial was made in Blair’s cemetery, located southeast of Winterset.

Mr. Wooton was a retired stationary engineer, and had lived in Des Moines for 22 years. He was a native of Indiana, coming to Iowa when he was 12 years old and was reared at Knoxville. He is survived by his wife, to whom he was married in 1922, and nine children, 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
