Lloyd W. Eyerly, 95, died Thursday, May 13, 2004 at Kavanagh House on 56th Street. Services are 2:30 p.m. Monday, May 17 at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, with burial at Glendale Cemetery.

Lloyd was a retired truck driver for Admiral Merchants. He enjoyed flowers, wildlife and watching his family play sports. Lloyd and his wife, Ethel enjoyed traveling and had visited all 48 continental states.

He is survived by his son, Richard Eyerly of Des Moines; five grandchildren, Rick Eyerly of Urbandale, Lori Breiholz of Clive and Debbie Riech, Brenda Redinger and David Meadows, all of Oregon; ten great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ethel and a son, Robert.

Visitation is from 1 p.m. until the time of service Monday at the funeral home.
