James W. Nuzum, 80, of 3505 Sixth ave., retired real estate dealer, died at his home Friday noon of a heart attack.

Mr. Nuzum had been a resident of Des Moines for 34 years.

Services will be at 1:30 p. m. Monday at Dunn’s Funeral home. Burial will be at Masonic cemetery.

Survivors are his wife, Harriett; six children, two brothers, 18 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

The sons and daughters are Russell A. Nuzum, of St. Charles; Mrs. Kyle Dawson, Indianola; Mrs. Otto Chrysler, J. Ward Nuzum, Albert E. Nuzum and Mrs. Lloyd E. Rose, all of Des Moines. The brothers are Judson Nuzum, of Indianola, and Samuel Nuzum, of Adel.
