ADEL — A graveside funeral for Margaret Kile, 96, of Winterset was held March 8, 1993 at Oakdale Cemetery at Adel. Mrs. Kile died of a heart ailment on March 1 at Winterset Care Center North, where she had resided for seven years.

Mrs. Kile was born at Van Meter and had lived in the Adel area most of her life. She retired as a sales clerk at Fowler Drug Store and operated a tea room in her home. She was a member of the First Christian Church and Adel American Legion Auxiliary.

Survivors include a son, Randy Mortimer of Ames; two daughters, Juanita Kakak of Bisbee, Ariz., and Margabelle Willis of Springfield, Va.; four grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to her church.
