Harry Graham, 52, Is Called Saturday

A Plasterer By Trade, For 16 years He Had Been In Poor Heath

Harry Graham, 52, brother of Frank Graham of Graham’s restaurant died here Saturday following 16 years’ illness

He was a plasterer and for many years applied his trade in Summerfield and vicinity.

The highly respected man was born in 1884 in Anderson county, Ill., and came to this county when a young man.

Besides his brother here he is also survived by his brothers, Bert Graham, Oketo; Oley Graham, Pawnee City, Neb.; George Graham, Winfield; Dave Graham, McPherson; Dr. Roy Graham, Albuquerque, N. M.; his sisters, Mrs. Jesse Schilling, Balsam Lake, Wis.; Mrs. A. W. Glick, Topeka; Mrs. S. B. Clarke, Falls City, Neb.; and Mrs. H. H. Kone, Bonner Springs.

Funeral rites were held Monday at the Guthrie Funeral home with Rev. M. W. Whitlow, local Methodist pastor, officiating.

Interment was made in Summerfield cemetery.

Harry Graham, a resident of the county farm, passed away at Marysville Saturday and burial was made in the local cemetery Monday afternoon. Mr. Graham had been in poor health for a number of years and was a former resident of this community.

HARRY GRAHAM DIES HERE LATE SATURDAY

Harry Graham, 52, died here Saturday evening at 6 o’clock after an illness of about sixteen years. His condition had been critical for about four months.

Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the Guthrie chapel with the Rev. M. W. Whitlow in charge. Interment was at the Summerfield cemetery.

Mr. Graham was born in Anderson county, Ill., in 1884. He went to Summerfield when a young man. He was a plasterer by trade.

Surviving are six brothers and four sisters, namely, Frank Graham, owner of Graham restaurant, Marysville; Bert Graham, Oketo; Oley Graham, Pawnee City, Nebr.; Geo. Graham, Winfield; Dave Graham, McPherson; Dr. Roy Graham, Albuquerque, N. M.; Mrs. Jessie Schilling, Balsam Lake, Wisc.; Mrs. A. W. Glick, Topeka; Mrs. S. B. Clarke, Falls City, Nebr; Mrs H. H. Kone, Bonner Springs.
