CAMERON, Robert Arthur, of Chatsworth, passed away Sept. 29 1972. Survived by his wife Lorraine and son Robert James, both of Chatsworth; two daughters, Mrs. Sandra Paul and Mrs. Judy Parry, both of Granada Hills; two grandchildren; parents Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Cameron; brothers Phillip Rex and Ray; sisters Mrs. Barbara Lightner, Mrs. Beverly Fenimore and Mrs. Margaret Gowin, all of Iowa. Services were held Monday at Oakwood Memorial Park Chapel. Lorenzen Mortuary, Reseda, Directors.

Robt. Cameron dies in Calif.

Robert (Bob) Cameron, 51, of Chatsworth, Calif., died at his home there on Sept. 29 of an apparent heart attack. He was formerly of Winterset.

He was the son of Arthur M., and Grace Marian Patton Cameron and was born near Winterset May 27, 1921. He had lived in the Winterset area all of his life before moving to California in 1955 because of ill health. He had farmed for several years in Lincoln township before going to California. In California he had just completed 17 years with the American Forest Products at Van Nuys.

He was married, Sept. 28, 1941, to Lorraine Marie Saunders of Fontanelle.

He is survived by his widow; a son, Robert J. Cameron of Chatsworth, Calif; two daughters, Mrs. Richard (Sandra) Paul and Mrs. Kim (Judy) Perry of Granada Hills, Calif.; two grandchildren; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur M. Cameron, now of rural Afton; three sisters, Mrs. Howard Gowin of De Soto, Mrs. Donald Lightner of Creston and Mrs. J. Boyle Fenimore of Des Moines: and three brothers, Phil, Rex and Ray Cameron, all of Winterset.

Mrs. Gowin, Mrs. Lightner, Mrs. Fenimore, and Phil and Ray Cameron drove to Chatsworth to attend the funeral services which were held on Oct. 2 at the Oakwood, Chapel, with Rev. George Walters officiating. Burial was at Chatsworth, near his home.
