William G. Keith, a 10 years resident of Mohave County, died May 26 in Las Vegas. He was 68

Mr. Keith, a retired general contractor, was born Dec. 19, 1912, in Winterset, Iowa. He came to the area from Los Angeles.

Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m. today at Clonts Funeral Home in Bullhead City.

He is survived by his daughter, Sharon McCann of Los Angeles; brothers Harry Keith, Raymond Keith and Floyd Keith, all of California, and Cecil Keith of Iowa; and a sister, Opal of Iowa.
