W. E. Freeman Funeral Set

Services for W. Elmer Freeman, 82, of 4819 Brennan drive, who died of a stroke Saturday at his home, will be at 1:30 p. m. Tuesday at the Westover Funeral Home. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Gardens Cemetery.

Born in Winterset, Mr. Freeman had been a Des Moines resident 33 years. He was a salesman for Standard Oil Co., before his retirement 30 years ago.

Surviving are six daughters, Mrs. Maude Atwood, Madge Freeman, Mrs. Laura Brewster, Mrs. Ruth Frey, Mrs. Hester Maxwell, and Mrs. Dorothy Kelly, all of Des Moines; three sons, Roy of Hammond, Ind., George of Lansing, Ill., and Fred of Gold Hill, Ore., 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
