DIED—At his residence Feby. 10, Jacob H. Simmerman, aged 51 years, 3 mo., and 20 days.

Deceased was born in Taylor Co., Ill. When eight years of age his parents moved to Madison county, Iowa. He came to Guthrie county in 1875 where he resided until the day of his death. He united with the M.E. church at the age of fifteen years, and lived a consistent member of the same. He leaves a wife, three sons and two daughters to mourn his loss. The remains were buried in Richland cemetery.
