Glen Harley Goodrich, son of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Goodrich, was born at Truro, Iowa, January 21, 1911 and departed this life May 5, 1957, age 46 years, 3 months and 14 days.

His formal education was received in the schools of Madison county.

Glen was united in marriage to Wanda Mae Neuman, at Creston, Iowa, June 12, 1937. To this union three children were born.

He accepted Christ and united with the Methodist church in Murray, Iowa. He remained a member until his death.

Glen served in an official capacity in the Soil Conservation Commission.

Those left to mourn their loss are: his wife, Wanda Mae; two sons, Donald Wayne and Kenneth Dean; one daughter, Patricia Goodrich; daughter-in-law, Janice Goodrich; father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Goodrich of Murray, Iowa; five brothers; five sisters; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. John Neuman of Afton, Iowa; one brother-in-law; one sister-in-law; nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.

He was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.

Service at Webster Funeral Home Wednesday, May 8 at 2:00 p.m. Minister, Rev. Azel L. Smith.
