SUMMONS COMES TO MRS. MCDOLE

Funeral services for Mrs. Sarah Ann McDole, 91, one of the oldest residents of the county, who had made her home in Twin Falls since 1908, will be held Thursday at 11 a.m., at the Christian church Rev. Mark C. Cronenberger, pastor officiating. He will be assisted by Rev. W. E. Harmon, of the Jerome Christian church.

Mrs. McDole died yesterday afternoon at her home, 1202 Sixth avenue east. Her husband, John McDole died Jan. 6, 1914. Mrs. McDole was born June 18, 1847, at Brighton, Ia.

She was active in the work of the Christian church, having joined that denomination when 11 years of age. She participated in the laying of cornerstone of the Twin Falls Christian church. Only failing health interrupted her prominent church activities.

The body will be taken to Creston, Ia., for burial, arrangements being made by the Twin Falls mortuary.

She is survived by one brother, Samuel Prather, Wagner, Okla.; two grandchildren, Mrs. Edith Brown and Alvin Bevercombe; three great-grandchildren, Mrs. Lee Logan, Miss Wilma Bevercombe, and Gail Bevercombe, and two great-great-grandchildren, Norma Lee and Billy Logan, all of Twin Falls. Two children preceded Mrs. McDole in death.

Honorary pallbearers will be J. W. Beauchamp, F. D. Brown, O. O. Paulson, W. S. Parish, G. W. Brewer and H. E. Swisher.

Active pallbearers will be C. E. Allen, W. F. Hays, F. W. Slack, C. E. Bergman, Ray Beauchamp and J. O. Ealinger.

All are elders of the Christian church.

Mrs. Sarah Ann McDole, Twin Falls Resident Since 1908, Dies

Mrs. Sarah Ann McDole, 81, a Twin Falls resident since 1908, died at 2:45 p.m. yesterday, at her home, 1202 Sixth avenue east.

He husband, John McDole, died January 6, 1914.

Mrs McDole was born June 18, 1847, at Brighton, Iowa.

She was an active worker for the Christian church of which she became a member when only 11 years of age. She took part in the laying of the cornerstone of the Twin Falls Christian church, and continued active work until her health failed.

Mrs. McDole was a member of the Laides of the G. A. R. of Twin Falls and the Rebekah lodge of Winterset, Iowa.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 11 a.m. at the Christian church, with the Rev. Mark C. Cronenberger, pastor, in charge. He will be assisted by the Rev. W. E. Harmon of the Jerome Christian church.

The body will be taken to Creston, Iowa, for burial under arrangements by the Twin Falls mortuary where the body rests.

Surviving are one brother, Samuel Prather, Wagner, Oklahoma; two grandchildren, Mrs. Edith Brown and Alvin Bevercombe; three great-grandchildren, Mrs. Lee Logan, Miss Wilma Bevercombe, and Gale Bevercombe, and two great-great-grandchildren, Norma Lee and Billy Logan, all of Twin Falls.
