Ted Stout, 63, of Des Moines died Thursday, Aug. 10, 2017, at his home.
Funeral services were were held at 2 p.m. today Aug 16, at Ebenezer United Methodist church, with Pastor Benting officiating. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service. The interment will at the Ebenezer Cemetery.
Ted Orville Stout was born Aug 4, 1954, in Des Moines, the son of Helen and Marvin Stout. He graduated from Winterset High School in 1972. He was a mechanic for Warren Connections in Des Moines.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Matt Stout; and sister, Susan Stout.
He is survived by four sons, Aaron (Millie) Stout of Arlington, Va., Craig (Christie) Stout of Chariton, Michael (Jim) Stout Martin of Carlisle, and Mark (Olivia) Stout of Des Moines; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild on the way; two brothers, Wayne Stout of Ames and Bill (Florie) Stout of Winterset; and several other family members and friends.
