Dorothy died Friday, June 23, 2017, at Westbridge Care and Rehab in Winterset. She was 95.
A visitation will be held from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 27, at Ochiltree Funeral Service in Winterset, with family present from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. A funeral service will begin 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, June 28, at Ochiltree's with burial immediately following in the Fairview Cemetery, rural Madison County. Memorials may be directed to the DeSoto United Methodist Church and the Earlham Fire and Rescue and online condolences can be left for the family at ochiltree.com.
Dorothy was married to F. Marion Ory who preceded her in death on February 28, 2009.
Dorothy is survived by her five sons, Larry (Yvonne) Ory of Earlham, Bill (Judie) Ory of Earlham, Jack (Kathy) Ory of Overland Park, KS, Dennis (JoAnn) Ory of Rocky Comfort, MO, David (Ro Anne) Ory of Harrisonville, MO; 17 grandchildren, many great and great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and host of friends.
